Safe to say we’re excited about this one. While tweaking and tinkering we stumbled on a blend that pops. We’ve removed the lime replacing with a blend of acids to give the same flavour profile but without the heaviness and acidity you get when knocking back 10+ Margs. A splash of olive brine because well, we love anything dirty! Highly recommend
